Melink Corporation
Melink provides HVAC products and services for restaurant, supermarket and retail chains nationally. The company consolidated three Cincinnati locations into this 30,000 SF headquarters in Miami Township, to improve operational efficiencies and provide room for future growth. Bunnell Hill worked with the architect to design and build a facility with select “green” features that included energy efficiency, land use, material use, water efficiency and indoor air quality. Upon completion, Melink earned a LEED Gold Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. |
