Bunnell Hill Development Co., Inc. was formed in 1975 to develop the 8,000 acres bordering I-71 and I-75, held by the syndicated partnerships formed and managed by Henkle Schueler & Associates. Over the years, we have expanded our charter to include development in various multi-state regions where our financing, syndication and real estate management expertise can add value. From identifying initial opportunities and market feasibility, to structuring financial packages, and assembling a complete and well-rounded development and construction team, Bunnell Hill is an invaluable partner.
Land Development The Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Michigan markets covered by Bunnell Hill, represent one of the most active business markets in the United States. Ample land, transportation, power and water resources, provide continued growth opportunities.
Project Management Bunnell Hill Development is highly skilled at guiding both small and large scale projects through the complex process of site selection, permitting, site development, construction and financing. This ability has enabled clients to maximize investments, clear regulatory hurdles, obtain timely approvals and minimize construction time.
Medical Facilities Bunnell Hill Development entered the medical facilities market in 1984 with the first phase of the Anderson Medical Arts Building. Since then we have developed over 570,000 square feet of medical office, and consulted on an additional 200,000 square feet.
Recent purchases of health care facilities brings our total developed/managed properties to over 730,000 square feet. Our medical facilities experience range from sole practitioner offices, to two Mercy Healthplexes at over 200,000 square feet each.
