| Local Realtor Receives Prestigious Award |
Five Star Professional Recognizes Lebanon, OH Agent Sandra Faulkner

 | Sandra Faulkner, residential real estate associate with Henkle Schueler Realtors, has been recognized as a Five Star Real Estate Agent for 2011 by Five Star Professional.
The organization conducted research to determine the real estate agents in the Greater Cincinnati region who rated highest in overall satisfaction with their clients, peers and industry experts. The survey research allowed for only 7% or fewer real estate agents in a given market to qualify for the Five Star Award.
A special advertising section of the July issue of Cincinnati Magazine will feature the 2011 Cincinnati area recipients.
Ms. Faulkner has been a residential agent with Henkle Schueler Realtors since 1983. She is a lifetime resident of Lebanon and has extensive real estate experience in Warren County, which has allowed her to provide a unique personal experience to her clients.
Sandy's diverse clientele includes farm property, land, new construction and historic homes. She adjusts her services to meet every client's needs and expectations.
Her advice to others is to set a high level of service, and to focus on integrity, communication and customer service.
Sandy's husband, Mike, joined her in 1998 bringing a strong business background to the partnership. They work with young clients buying their first home or executives purchasing their 10th. They note that each client requires and deserves a different type of service.
The Faulkners are the parents of three children and have 2 grandchildren.
