Diversified and Committed to Growth
The Schueler Group of Companies traces its roots back to 1935 when George Henkle formed the real estate and farm brokerage business in Lebanon, Ohio. One of his most notable deals was the 1,500 acre sale of farm land to Taft Broadcasting where King’s Island now stands. Mike Schueler joined George in 1975 and eventually took over the business in the early 1980’s.
Over the years, Mike has grown the small brokerage firm to include a residential division, a development company, a construction company, and a very successful property management division. The company became one of the largest land owners and property managers in Southwest Ohio, successfully assembling more than 100 syndicated land developments, totaling 8,000 acres along the Cincinnati-Dayton corridor.
The Schueler Group of Companies encompasses individual expertise into one solution for our industrial, commercial and retail customers. Site selection, land planning, facility design, project financing, construction and property management, together under one roof, provides one single point of contact, saving our clients valuable time and money.
The Schueler Group of Companies include Bunnell Hill Construction & Development, Henkle Schueler Associates, Waterparks, Inc., Timbercreek Associates and the most recent addition, Big Mike’s Gas n Go.
